All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible, usually within 4 business days. We will ship the packages insured and use a delivery confirmation from the USPS. We currently only ship to the USA – if you are in another country and interested in buying something please contact us by email.
Incorrect Shipping Information – If a package is returned to MarioRivoli.com due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. MarioRivoli.com is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages – MarioRivoli.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, MarioRivoli.comwill confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
7 Day Return Policy All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of package receipt in order to qualify for refund, exchange. All returned items must be in "As Sent" condition. All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please include a copy of your receipt so that we may quickly process your return. When your items are received and verified to be in "As Sent" condition, we will issue a refund for the amount of the merchandise returned minus the shipping charges. Note: Shipping fees will not be credited.
Free Exchange Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning products, but replacement products requested in exchange for returned products are shipped free of charge.
